Green Posture board considers the Company Policy a fundamental pillar for the organization success.

Green Posture is committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality and Environmental Policy, which is based on the following principles:

• Ensuring the satisfaction of all our clients by providing a product that meets the defined specifications;
• Acting proactively in pollution prevention and environmental protection through the implementation of practices to achieve the efficient use of energy resources, the proper management of waste produced, and measures that ensure the minimization of environmental impacts generated during the execution of its activities;
• Availability of the necessary means to achieve the objectives defined within the scope of the Quality and Environmental Management System;
• Involvement of all employees and other stakeholders in achieving the company objectives, promoting an environmental culture in the relationship with stakeholders;
• Fostering continuous training and professional development for all employees;
• Comply with all applicable legal requirements and others that apply to the company activity;
• Ensure the continuous improvement of its management system in order to improve its environmental performance and the quality of service provided. 

As our major customers are companies from the automobile sector, the demands in terms of end product quality and their specifications are very high, which obliges us to strive for continuous improvement. The company has a fully equipped laboratory to carry out the analytical control of all the aluminium alloy’s produced and in additional to that it has a Quality Management System into operation, which has been certified  by the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 in the beginning of 2024.
